Dr. Jim Phillippi, formerly named Dr. Jim Brook

Yes, Dr. Phillippi is the same guy as Dr. Brook.  James William Phillippi was his birth name, but during a previous marriage he changed the name to Brook for family cohesion.  He has reclaimed his proper name, and remarried.
